How your order works
- Send your brief. Include garment choices, quantity, print idea and any deadline.
- Confirm the details. We check the garment, artwork requirements, price and timing with you.
- Order your clothing. Production starts after the order and complete print details are confirmed.
- Come back for more. Use your customer collection or send your previous order number when you need replacements or new-starter kit.
Personalised clothing normally dispatches in 3–5 working days after complete details are confirmed. Delivery time is additional. Check urgent dates with us before ordering.

Questions before you start
Can I order just one garment?
Yes. One-off replacements and small orders are welcome.
Do I need finished artwork?
Send what you have or describe your idea. We will check what is needed before printing.
Can I collect in Stevenage?
Collection may be arranged in advance. We are an online printing business and do not operate a walk-in shop.
How soon will I hear back?
We aim to reply within two working days. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
