Maxed-uP Refund & Returns Policy
We stand by our gear — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right- but remember each item is individual and flaws can make it real. 
Here's how it works:

🧾 Returns
You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, email maxroche@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We’ll email you once your refund is processed.

🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Just drop us an email — we’ll do our best to swap it out if stock allows.

Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.
Seconds cannot be returned under any circumstances. 

Sale or clearance items are final sale.

📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service — Maxed-uP isn’t responsible for items lost in the post.

🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
We quality-check everything, but if you’ve received something damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it fast.
